MetLife Nepal introduces a unique customer service app with high quality services including health care, insurance, and financial security. Through this application we aim to provide you with seamless digital experiences by allowing you to easily access to our services and resources at your convenience.

Different Services provided in the One by MetLife app are as follows.

LEARN HOW TO USE THE APP

360Health

MetLife 360Health provides a comprehensive solution that cares about your mental, physical, financial, and social health. We aim to make healthcare easily accessible for our customers by making it easier to diagnose, treat and cure their diseases with financial protection and behavioral shift towards a healthy lifestyle.

Both customers and non-customers can avail our 360 Health services:

1. AI enabled Health Risk Assessment: Health assessment through finger scan/ face scan.

2. At Home Medical Test: Home testing facilities through reputed hospitals/clinics.

3. Ambulance Service: Ambulance and emergency hotline services in major cities of Nepal

4. Visit a doctor: Online appointment booking through the app

5. General Tele-Doctor Consultation: Doctor’s consultation through phone call and video call as well as facility of doctor’s prescriptions

6. Home Medicine Delivery: Home medicine delivery through enlisted medicine suppliers

7. My Life Card: Discounts available from enlisted hospitals, clinics, and test labs.

Registration and Signup Process:

  • Search “One by MetLife Nepal” in Play Store or App Store and Download the App.
  • Open One by MetLife App and follow the on-screen instructions to reach the Pre-Login Dashboard.
  • Click the “Next” button in the on-screen instructions and reach to the Pre-Login Dashboard.
  • Both customers and non-customers are eligible to register in the One by MetLife App.

Registration For Non-policy holders

  • Press the Register Button at the Pre-Login Dashboard.
  • Click the No button when asked about having a policy.
  • Enter your name and valid telephone number, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and request a Verification Code.
  • You will receive a verification code in your inbox through SMS.
  • Enter the six-digit verification code and create a secure password of your choice.

Registration For Policy holders

  • Press the Register Button at the Pre-Login Dashboard.
  • Click the Yes button when asked about having a policy.
  • Enter your Policy Number and request a Verification Code.
  • Enter the verification code received through SMS and create a secure password of your choice.
  • If necessary, you can enable the Biometrics service as well.

You are now a registered user of One by MetLife App.
