Sustainable Unlimited Income

1. Commission Income: A licensed agent in MetLife earns commission on premium as per the commission structure of Beema Samiti. The commission earning in first year of the payment of premium is high and can be earned up to maximum of 10 years from a single policy sold. Commission earning in the career is sustainable as well as lucrative. There are numbers of examples of agents earning more than 10 Lakhs in a single month and have been seen as sustainable and consistent income for all average active agents.
 

2. Life Persistency Bonus: An agent is eligible to get additional income up to 40% earned in a year based on continuity criteria of the policies sold by the agent. This is a lucrative income platform for quality business performance.
 

3. Future Fund: MetLife Nepal intends support the retirement of the agent with the future fund. An agent who has an active regular association with MetLife for minimum 6 months is eligible for future fund. MetLife reserves an additional future fund up to 5% of the total income as and is deposited in agents account in Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) on monthly basis. Future Fund are planned to support the agents on their retirement and emergencies.
 

4. Other Incomes: An agent in MetLife is provided with abundant opportunity with incomes as cash benefit for qualifying in Leaders Club, Monthly Record.

MetLife provides comfortable work environment through its Agency Office for all its associates, where Agency Managers are provided with their own cabin, desk, filing cabinets and telephone lines and comfortable desk, cabinets and telephone lines for Unit Mangers. 1. Insurance Coverage: An agent with specific business during a calendar year is provided with any cause death benefit coverage up to a maximum of 10,00,000 under Group Term Life Insurance based on their previous year’s performance
 

2. Scholarship: MetLife Foundation has established a scholarship program to assist employees’ children who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Renewable scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice. The program is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or national origin.
